1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to paid Findira Labs software licenses and related services offered by Hadi Beheshti, Anna-Mungunda-Allee 18, 13351 Berlin, Germany. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Product information and contract formation
The product page, checkout, and order summary show the applicable license type, term, site activation allowance, price, taxes, and renewal information. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and payment is confirmed by the checkout provider.
3. Payment provider
Checkout, payment collection, tax handling, receipts, and subscription administration are processed through Lemon Squeezy as payment provider and merchant of record where applicable. Its checkout terms also apply to the payment transaction.
4. Software license
Findira Newsletter is licensed under GPL v2 or later. A paid subscription or lifetime purchase provides the stated number of activations and access to Pro distribution, updates, and support according to the purchased plan. License credentials must not be shared publicly or used to operate more sites than the plan permits.
5. Annual and lifetime plans
The Annual plan is billed yearly and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not normally end access before the paid term expires. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for one site activation and does not create a recurring subscription.
6. Updates, compatibility, and support
We aim to maintain compatibility with the published system requirements. WordPress, hosting, PHP, mail providers, and third-party plugins can change independently, so uninterrupted compatibility with every environment cannot be guaranteed. Support covers the Findira product and does not include unrelated hosting, deliverability, custom development, or third-party service administration.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful subscriber collection, suitable privacy information, valid consent where required, sending-domain authentication, backups, secure administration, and compliance with email, privacy, and consumer law applicable to your use.
8. Availability and liability
Statutory liability applies without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable, typical damage, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
