2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, technical server log data may be processed, including IP address, request date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest of providing a secure, stable website. Server log files are intended to be deleted no later than seven days after collection unless longer storage is required to investigate a security incident.
3. Contact and support requests
When you contact us, we process the information you provide—such as your email address, message, and relevant technical details—to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, full database exports, or unredacted subscriber data. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for the request and applicable legal retention obligations.
4. Purchases and license delivery
Product checkout, payment, tax handling, receipts, subscriptions, and license delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy. When you choose a purchase link, you leave findiralabs.com or open an embedded checkout operated by that provider. The provider processes the data required to complete the transaction under its own privacy information and, where applicable, as merchant of record.
5. Technically necessary cookies
The public website uses only cookies or comparable storage that are technically necessary for core WordPress operation, security, and logged-in administration. They are not used for advertising. The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and, where personal data is processed, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Analytics and third-party media
No non-essential visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or externally embedded media are currently intended on the public website. If this changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those services are enabled.
